Use Voicemail to Access Your Messages
1. Press and hold .

From standby mode, press MESSAGING (left softkey) > Voicemail > Call Voicemail.
2. Enter your voicemail password if prompted.
3. Follow the voice prompts to listen to and manage your voicemail messages.
Note: You are charged for airtime minutes when you are accessing your voicemail from your
wireless phone.
Use Another Phone to Access Messages
1. Dial your wireless phone number.
2. When your voicemail answers, press the asterisk key (
*
) on the phone.
3. Enter your password.
Tip: When you call into voicemail, you first hear the header information (date, time, and
sender information) for the message. To skip directly to the message, press during
the header.
Check Voicemail Details
You can review your voicemail messages on your wireless phone.
► From standby mode, press MESSAGING (left softkey) > Voicemail > Voicemail Details.

Caller ID
Caller ID identifies a caller before you answer the phone by displaying the number of the
incoming call. If you do not want your number displayed when you make a call, follow these
steps.
