6.5 Time
The controller has two mes of day: system me and local me. Both mes are interlinked via
the set me zone.
System me
The system me of the device is the me base for all the me-dependent acons of the
controller. The operang system receives the system me via a maintenance-free clock chip
(CMOS-RTC me).
The system me should correspond to the internaonal UTC world me. The device saves the
system me internally. If the controller is in a deenergized state, the system me is
maintained for approx. 14 days. Aer this me has elapsed, the me will need to be set. A
baery is not required.
The system me can be specied manually or via an NTP server.

Local me
The local me is based on the system me. Together with the selected me zone, it is used to
specify the local me. The local me can be used, for instance, to provide current events in
the logbook with me informaon.

Set the system me and the required me zone for the site of the controller
during commissioning. The local me will then be calculated automacally.
