Phase contrast (Ph) microscopy workflow
Outline: Place a phase contrast objective and a condenser cassette that have the same Ph code
into the optical path. Center the position of the condenser annular diaphragm in the condenser
cassette so that it is aligned with the phase plate ring in the objective.
