PID Function
PID control detects the status (control amount) of the object to be controlled by a sensor, etc., and
compares it with the target value (such as the temperature command). If there is a deviation during
this time, operation is performed to set the deviation to zero. It is a closed loop control method that
matches the control amount (feedback value) with the target value.
It is possible to perform process controls such as the flow rate control, pressure control, temperature
control, etc., and speed controls such as the dancer control.
If PID control is enabled (PID Control Function Selection (J01) = 1 to 5), the frequency setting block
switches to PID control block.
The PID function is disabled in the case of the torque control (refer to 6-6 T
orque Control on page
6-31) and the position control (refer to
6-7 Position Control on page 6-36).
