Monitoring Another Extension (Call Monitor)
The preprogrammed extension can monitor another extension. After pressing a DSS button, you can check
the
caller information of the call to another extension on the display. Then, you can choose to monitor the call,
if necessary.

To an Extension Refusing the Call (DND Override)
The preprogrammed extension can call someone who has set the DND feature.
