The machine is equipped with a missed
stitch detection function, which helps to
control the sewing process. If an error
occurs, key 1 lights up. The machine start
function is blocked.
Following work steps must be carried out:
● Remove the workpiece.
● Press key 1 (lamp goes off).
● Remove the button, place button and ma-
terial in position again and restart the
sewing process.
An error signal can be caused
e.g. by an incorrectly positioned
button or by an incorrectly set
needle. If key 1 still lights up,
the machine adjustment must
be checked by qualified staff.

Danger of needle breakage!
Make sure that the button is
placed in a level position in the
button clamp!
● If the button cannot be placed in a level
position, the button guide 1 must be
appropriately re-machined.
