Installing and removing a memory module
The procedures for installing and removing the memory module are the same for all device
variants. The procedure is described using the example of the built-in unit.
The motherboard is equipped with one slot for an SO-DIMM DDR3 memory module. You
can use it to expand the memory capacity of the device to a maximum of 8 GB.
Note
Use only the memory modules recommended by Siemens AG. You can find additional
information in the section "
Accessories (Page 32)".
● The device is disconnected from the power supply.
● The device is open.

Press the marked latches towards the
outside.
The memory module tilts forward.
Pull the memory module out of the slot in
the direction of the arrow.
