Replacing the backup battery (PRO device)
Requirements
● The device is disconnected from the power supply.
● The device is open, see the section "Opening and closing the backplane cover PRO
device (Page 135)".
● The power supply connector is pulled out.
● Replacement battery
The time and t
he setup settings are deleted if it takes longer than 30 seconds to replace the
battery. The device is no longer synchronized. Time-controlled programs will no longer run
or will run at the wrong time. This may damage the plant.
Reset the device time.
Unplug the indicated connector on the
extension cable. The battery connector

Grip the marked battery and pull it up and
out of its holder.
For installation, proceed in the reverse order and reconnect the device.
