3 Fuel pump relay check :
1) Check fuel pump relay referring to “FUEL
PUMP RELAY INSPECTION” in Section
6E2.
Is it in good condition?
“BLK/WHT” or “WHT/
GRN” circuit open or poor
E61-23 connection.
If wire and connection are
OK, substitute a known-
good ECM (PCM) and
recheck.
Replace fuel pump relay.
