8. Setups
The machine has factory default (initial) settings which can be
customized. To change the settings, enter the System
Administration mode and use the System Settings screen. This
chapter describes how to change system settings.
System settings procedure
This section describes the basic procedure for changing system
settings. To make or change the system settings, it is necessary
to be in System Administration mode.
1. Enter the System Administration Mode by pressing the Log In/
Out button.
2. Using the numeric keypad, enter the System Administrator
UserID and password. (You may also select Keyboard to
display a keypad screen and enter the user ID and password
from there.)
