8. Setups
System Settings
From System Settings, you can set or change the initial values.
Common Settings: These settings relate to the machine itself. For more information,
refer to Common Settings page 15.
Copy Mode Settings: You can set the copy feature defaults, copy operation control,
button functions, and so on. For more information, refer to Copy
Mode Settings page 74.
Network Settings: You can set the ports, protocols, and so on. For the items that can
be set, refer to Network Settings page 116.
Print Mode Settings: You can set the memory settings, print time operation, and so
on. For more information, refer to Print Mode Settings page 124.
Scan Mode Settings: You can set the scanner feature defaults, button functions, and
other items. For more information, refer to Scan Mode Settings
page 130.
E-mail Settings: You can set the e-mail feature defaults, address search, and so
on. For more information, refer to E-mail Settings page 142.
Mailbox Settings: You can set and modify the mailbox settings. For more
information, refer to Mailbox Settings page 151.
Stored Document Settings: Documents stored in the mailbox can be set. For more
information, refer to Mailbox Settings page 151.
