When prompted for your authentication details, select the Enter User ID checkbox and use your
keyboard to enter your ID.

2. If prompted, select the Account Type option required.
• Default Group Account should be selected only if you don’t have a specific General or
Group Account.
• General Account logs you in to a General Account set up by your System Administrator.
• Group Account logs you in to a Group Account set up by your System Administrator. This
type of account is often used to give different levels of access to people working in
different departments.
3. If prompted, select the Account ID entrybox and use your keyboard to enter your Account ID.
4. Select the OK button.
5. Collect your job from the device.

Installing a Print Driver
There are different print drivers for different computer operating systems. Installing the correct
driver for your system will give the best results as all the driver features will be available.
Your System Administrator should be able to tell you which operating system your computer uses.
If your System Administrator is not available use the features on your computer to find the
operating system.
These instructions will work with most common computer set-ups. If they do not work for your
computer please contact your System Administrator for help.
