PROCEDURE:
●Wheel speed sensor
Remove the 3 pcs clamps⑵. Hold the fixed seat ⑴ with one hand, and pull out the plug of the wheel speed
sensor⑶ with the other hand. Take the brake oil pipe and wheel speed sensor wire out of the wire clamp ⑷,
remove the bolt ⑹ with a 4# hexagon socket, and take off the sensor⑶.
Use a 6# hexagon socket to remove the right bolt ⑸, and take off the clamp⑷.
●Front disc brake caliper
Use a 8# hexagon socket to remove the bolts⑺; let the caliper sag naturally, and it is strictly forbidden to
invert the caliper. It is forbidden to invert the caliper to prevent the air from entering and causing the brake to
fail.
●Front mudguard
Remove the 4 bolts ⑹ with the 4# hexagon socket by hand and remove the bushing ⑻ and cushion rubber
⑼. Using 6# hexagon socket remove the bolt⑸ on the left side. Take off the bushing⑻ and cushion rubber ⑼
and the nuts⑾ . If the shockproof plate⑿ needs to be replaced, heat it with a hot-air gun and remove it after
the double-sided adhesive is softened.
CAUTION:
●Pay attention to the strength when disassembling the front mud plate to prevent scratching the paint
surface.
