Check the impossibility of inserting the circuit breaker into service when it is closed.

Open the circuit breaker. Check the circuit breaker status on the protection relay LHMI.

Move the circuit breaker truck out of the test position about a half turn of the crank. Check
the circuit breaker truck status on the protection relay LHMI.

Check that the interlock prevents the circuit breaker contacts closing if the truck is posi-
tioned between the service and test position.
