2.4 Toner Cartridge
Develops the electrostatic latent image on the exposure drum with toner and forms the visible
image.
2.4.1 Toner life end mode
The life of the toner cartridge is starter: 1,500, standard: 2,500 pages at the 5% coverage. In
the case of low- duty printing, “Toner Life End” is indicated by lighting Toner LED before toner
runs out because the developer roller surface or other toner sealing is worn out due to rotation
of the rollers. The upper limit of the drum rotation is 45,000 = 3000 sheets x 15 rotations.
The following graph shows the number of printable pages in the case of A4 printing.
