7. Erase the failure information in the camera.
Click the Erase button on the Emergency Utility toolbar.

You should do this after you have saved the information and before you
return the camera to the user. This way, if you repair the camera again, you
will know if a new failure has occurred.
Click Yes in the Confirmation window.

Retrieve previously saved failure information.
Click the Open button on the Emergency Utility toolbar.
