REPLACE AIE CONDITIONER BELT
1.
Loosen 4 bolts (1) and jack bolt (2), then move compressor (3)
to the side.
2. Replace the V-belt.
When adjusting the V-belt, do not push the compressor
directly with the bar. Use jack bolt (2).
3. Tighten jack bolt (2) and bolt (1) to apply tension to the V-belt.
The deflection of the bolt should be approx. 10 mm (0.4 in)
when the belt is pressed at the midpoint between the air
compressor pulley and fan pulley with a finger force of approx.
6 kg (58.8 N).
When the belt is a new part, it will stretch at first, so adjust the
belt tension again without fail after 2 or 3 days.
