What to do if my KTM 125 ECX EU Motorcycle engine stalls or pops in the carburetor?

  If your KTM Motorcycle engine stalls or pops into the carburetor, it might be due to a lack of fuel, so turn the fuel tap to the ON position and refuel. The engine might be taking in bad air, so check the intake flange and carburetor for tightness. Also, the socket connector or ignition coil might be loose or oxidized, so clean the plug-in connector and treat it with contact spray.

Why my KTM 125 ECX EU engine does not speed up?

  If your KTM Motorcycle engine does not speed up, consider the following: The carburetor might be running over because the float needle is dirty or worn, or the carburetor jets might be loose, so check and set the carburetor components. A fault in the ignition system could be the cause, so check the ignition system. A fuel feed interruption could be the problem, so check the fuel tank breather, clean the fuel tap, and check/set the carburetor components. If the air filter is very dirty, clean the air filter and air filter box. Also, the exhaust system might be leaky or deformed, or have too little glass fiber yarn filling in the main silencer, so check the exhaust system for damage and change the glass fiber yarn filling of the main silencer.
