15.1 Removing the front wheel
Preparatory work
– Raise the motorcycle with the rear lifting gear. ( p. 129)
– Lift the motorcycle with the front lifting gear. ( p. 130)

Remove screw

and pull wheel speed sensor

out of the
hole.

Remove screws

from both brake calipers.
– Press back the brake linings with a slight lateral tilting of the
brake calipers on the brake disc. Pull the brake calipers care-
fully back from the brake discs and hang them to one side.
Info
Do not pull the hand brake lever when the brake caliper
has been removed.
