8.3 Adjusting the steering angle

Loosen nuts

– Make sure that sufficient steering angle remains after finishing
the work.

Do not unscrew screws fully.
The screw must be screwed in by at least five full turns.

Adjust the steering angle by turning adjusting screws

left
and right.
Guideline
Minimum spacing between
the mirror bar and wind-
shield
9 mm (0.35 in)
Turn the adjusting screws

so that the left and right
steering angle settings are equal

Tighten nuts

Remaining nuts,
