7.5.2 Quick stop
Description
Quick stop decelerates the drive to standstill according to the deceleration time set under C0105,
as soon as the signal DCTRL1−QSP is activated.
If the output frequency falls below the threshold C0019, the automatic DC injection brake (DCB) is
activated. After the holding time (C0106) the controller sets pulse inhibit (display: ).
Quick stop acts on
the main setpoint (NSET1−N1, NSET1−N2).
the additional setpoint (PCTRL1−NADD).
the process controller setpoint 1 (PCTRL1−SET1) (only application I/O).

The S−shaped ramp (C0182) has also an effect on quick stop! Therefore the real
deceleration time is longer than set under C0105.
Reduce the time setting under C0105 to reach the desired deceleration time for
quick stop.
