Quick Text messages are messages that are predefined and usually consist of messages that are
used most frequently. Each Quick Text message has a maximum length of 50 characters.
NOTE: Query is only supported in the ASTRO 25 Advanced Messaging Solution. For more
information, see ASTRO 25 Advanced Messaging Solution on page 92 and Two-Factor
Authentication on page 93.

Accessing the Messaging Features
Procedure:
1 Perform one of the following actions:
• Press the Data Feature button or the preprogrammed TMS Feature button to access the
TMS feature screen.
• Press and hold the Data Feature button or the preprogrammed TMS Feature button to
access the Inbox.
• Follow the procedure described next to access this feature using the radio menu.

• or to scroll through the address list and select the required address.
• or to [Other Recpnt] and press the Menu Select button below Edit. When a
blinking cursor appears in the Enter Address screen, use the keypad to type the address
