Restart Functions
This section describes the restart-related functions and their operations.

Restart Settings
• Whether or not to perform an auto search start during restart is determined based on the setting of
Motor Starting Mode Auto Search Function Selection (H09). If auto search start is not to be per-
formed, the inverter restarts from the starting frequency as in normal operation.
• If “0: Disable” is set at Motor Starting Mode Auto Search Function Selection (H09), then Power Inter-
ruption Restart Wait Time (H13) is ignored, and restart is performed from 0 Hz.
• If “2: Enable at normal start and restart after momentary power failure” is selected for Motor Starting
Mode Auto Search Function Selection (H09), auto search restart is performed even when the power
is turned ON again.
• H09 is a parameter that is used in V/f control (including dynamic torque vector control). Motor Start-
ing Mode Auto Search in Speed Sensor less Vector Control (d67) is used during vector control with-
out sped sensor.
• When vector control with speed sensor is used, restart is performed from the speed detected by the
speed sensor regardless of Motor Starting Mode Auto Search Function Selection (H09).
• When using V/f control with speed sensor (including dynamic torque vector control with speed sen-
sor), Motor Starting Mode Auto Search Function Selection (H09) is followed.
