10. Remove intake grill and foam filters from the LH side
of the rear storage box.
11. Remove the (7) T-25 Torx screw
s (E) securing intake
baffle to the rear storage box.
NOTE: Do not remove the baffle box along with the
re
ar storage box. The baffle box will remain with the
vehicle when the storage box is removed to prevent
damage to the crankcase vent tube.
12. With the aid of an assistant, ca
refully lift and guide the
cargo box assembly up and off of the vehicle frame.
Make note of wire and hose routings for reassembly.
Rocker Panels, Console and Floor
Rocker Panel Removal
1. Remove the p ush ri vets an d To rx scr ews r etaining
the
rocker panel and remove panel from the vehicle.
Console and Lower Floor Removal
1. Remove both seats and rocker panels (see “Rocker
Panel Removal”).
2. Remove the T27 screws retaining the console to the
floor.
3. Remove the shift handle knob and r emove the
co
nsole.
4. Remove the Torx screws retaining the upper floor to
the lower
floor.
5. Remove the Torx screws retaining the rear portion of
th
e floor and remove the lower floor from the vehicle.
