To change the ASR dialing region:

Managing Voice Memos
Use your phone’s Voice Services to record brief memos to remind
you of important events, phone numbers, or grocery list items and
to record call memos of other party’s voice during a phone call.
Recording Voice Memos
To record a voice memo using the external keypad:
1. From standby mode, touch > Voice Memo > Record .
2. Start recording after the beep.
3. To end the recording, touch or .
To record a voice memo using the internal keypad:
1. Highlight and press > Settings/Tools > Tools >
Voice Services > Voice Memo > Record .
2. Start recording after the beep.
Note
Please make sure to secure permission prior to recording the
other party’s voice during a call.
You can store up to 300 memos on your phone. Maximum
recording time depends on the available memory space on your
phone.
