Formatting or replacing microSD card
In the event that you need to format or replace microSD, first go to Settings -->
Storage, and tap the
to select SD CARD. Then tap at the top right
corner to select Format or Eject.
To replace microSD card, select Eject and perform the same step how to
open the SIM/SD Card tray to pull out the SIM/SD Card Tray and remove the
card on the tray. Users may then place a new card.
Your new phone should already have SIM card preinstalled.
If you purchase this phone without SIM card pre-installed, follow the steps
below. The following steps also guide you to install your microSD card.
1. Use the supplied SIM ejector tool to insert into the small hole on the SIM/
SD Card tray.
2. Pull the tray out and place your Nano SIM card and microSD card on the
tray.
3. Slide the tray attached with your Nano SIM card and microSD card all the
way into the slot.
Caution: Your device only supports Nano SIM card. Do NOT use other types
of SIM cards or else your device may be damaged.
