5.9 Brush drive
5.9.1 Removing of brush drive unit

• Unscrew brush housing fixation screws (455B:08/137, 755B:08/
137).
• Remove the brush housing from the brush drive unit.
• Disconnect the fresh water hose from the brush drive unit.
• Disconnect the brush motor wires from the connection block.
• Remove self locking nuts (455B:06/124, 755B:07/124) on the
LH and RH side from the cradles.
• Remove self locking nut (455B:06/119, 755B:07/119) at
eccentric disc (455B:06/120, 755B:07/120).

• Remove the eccentric disc.
• Remove the bolt (455B:06/111, 755B:07/111) and eccentric
shaft (455B:06/110, 755B:07/110).
Make sure that you hold the brush drive unit firmly.
• Pivot the complete brush drive unit out.
