A.Installtheairconditioningcompressortothecompressorbracket;referto
InstallingtheAirConditioningCompressor(page8–8).Ensurethatthe
compressordrivebeltisproperlytensioned.
B.Connectthecabheaterhosetotheenginethermostathousing(Figure
17).
13.Usethenotesthatyourecordedduringremovalandconnectalltheelectrical
connectors.
•ConnecttheToroengineharnesstoYanmarengineharness(4multipin
connectorsontheleftsideoftheengine).
•Connectthewireharnessconnectortotheoilpressureswitch.
•Connectthewireharnesstothestarter"S"terminal.
•Connectthewireharnesstothealternator(items6,7,and8inFigure16).
•ConnectthewireharnesstotheDPFpressuresensor(item3inFigure16)
andtemperaturesensors(items1and2inFigure16).
•Connectthewireharnesstotheglowplugbus.
•Connectthebatterypositivecableandfusiblelinkharnesstothestarter
solenoidpost.
•Connectthenegativebatterycabletotheengineblock.
Note:Whensecuringthenegativebatterycable(ground)totheengine,
ensurethatthelockwasherisbetweenthegroundcableandengineange.
Torquetheangenutto20to25N∙m(175to225in-lb)andapplyalayerof
terminalprotector(T oroPartNo.107-0392)topreventcorrosion.
14.Installtheexhausttubetotheengine(Figure9).
15.Installtheradiatorandoilcoolerassemblytothemachine;refertoInstalling
theRadiator(page3–15).
16.InstallthecrosstubeandaircleanerassemblyasshowninFigure15.
17.Connectboththebatterycablestothebattery.First,connectthepositive
batterycableandthenthenegativebatterycable;refertoServicingthe
Battery(page5–110).
18.Checktheengine-oillevelandadjustasnecessary.
19.Installthehood;refertoInstallingtheHood(page6–68).
20.Ensurethatallthehoses,tubes,andwiresareclearofmovingpartsand
securedtotheiroriginallocations.
21.Primethefuelsystem;refertoPrimingtheFuelSystem(page3–17).
22.Operatethemachinecheckingforcoolant,hydraulicuidorfuelleaks.
23.Checktheenginecoolantandhydraulicuidlevelsbeforereturningthe
machinetoservice.
