5. Adjust the length and width guides.
Notes:
• Do not load envelopes above the bottom fill line. Overfilling the tray can cause the printer to
jam.
• When the paper guides are adjusted correctly, a small space between the envelopes and the
guides is normal.
6. Slide the tray back into the printer.
7. Verify that the paper is the correct size, type, and weight. If not, change the paper settings.
Note: Before you print your job, ensure that you select Envelope for paper type and select the
envelope size in the print driver.
Labels
Guidelines for Printing Labels
• You can print labels from any tray.
• Print only on one side of the sheet of labels.
• Do not feed a sheet of labels through the printer more than once.
