General Information
Control Panel
The Control Panel consists of two LEDs, one display window, and eight
functional buttons. These buttons are used to navigate the menu system,
perform functions, and select modes of operation for the printer.
Control Panel Button Descriptions
1. Ready LED (Power/Status) LED On - Ready or processing print job.
LED blinking - Receiving data.
LED Off - An error has occurred and the
printer is offline.
2. Error LED Light On - Error with print job.
(blinking = not user fixable)
(On solid = user fixable)
3. Display Displays printer settings, status, and
messages.
4. Menu Button Toggles display between Menu mode and
Print mode.
5. 4 Way Cursor Buttons Menu navigation.
Up and Down arrows Switches between Menus or Items on the
same level.
Right and Left arrows Switches between the Menu levels.
6. Cancel Button Cancels the current print job.
7. OK Button Move to the next level, confirm setting, and
print report.
8. Wake Up LED/Button LED comes On when the printer is in Power
Saver Mode. Press this button to exit Power
Saver Mode.
