12.10.5 Settings
The function does not have any parameters available in Local HMI or Protection and
Control IED Manager (PCM600).
12.10.6 Operation principle
Upon receiving a signal at its input, IEC61850 generic communication I/O functions
(SPGGIO) function sends the signal over IEC 61850-8-1 to the equipment or system that
requests this signal. To get the signal, PCM600 must be used to define which function
block in which equipment or system should receive this information.
