Functional
description
The evaporator heater tape management protects the evaporator (and field piping) against freezing.
When the compressors 1 and 2 are switched off and the ambient temperature is low, then the
evaporator heater, field heater and buffertank heater (K6A) are switched on.
If a single circuit is selected, only detect on compressor 1 (based on S1Adip).

The illustration below shows the heater tape management.
Heater tape control The I/O board controls the function of the evaporator heater tape. No separate power supply is
foreseen for the evaporating heater tape. When the main switch is switched off, the heater tape has
no power and does not work.

■ The ambient temperature is lower or equal
then 3°C.
■ And the status of the compressor is OFF.
■ The ambient temperature is higher or equal
then 6°C.
■ And the status of the compressor is ON.
