6.1.29 Logging
6.1.29.1 Job Logging
The machine can retain up to 20 job logs.
Job log is printed instantly by user's request or automatically when the number of the retained job logs has
reached 20.
Job log includes the following information.
z Job completion date and time
z Job type (Print/File/FaxSend/FaxReceived/Copy/Scan)
z Input interface (USB, LPD, Port9100)
z Document name (File name)
z User name/Host name
z Number of printed sheets (B&W)
z Number of printed impressions (B&W)
z Paper size
z Result (Successful, Error, etc.)
6.1.29.2 Error Logging
The machine can retain the following errors.
Fatal error: 42 errors at the maximum (10 errors at the minimum)
Jam error: 42 errors
The user can print the error log by the panel operation.
Jam error log includes the following information.
z Date and time when a jam occurred
z Jam name
Fatal error log includes the following information.
z Date and time when error has occurred
z Error code
6.1.29.3 Billing Counter
The PV counter counts the number of sheets printed properly (Similar to Odometer).
6.1.30 ID Print
User name can be printed. The printing position can be selected from top right, top left, bottom right, and bot-
tom left (Only for PCL6). The user selects using the operator panel whether user name is printed or not and
where it is printed.

Total PV (7 digits) Count the total number of sheets printed.
