Step1 Selecting Mailboxes
Select the mailbox in which to store documents.
Note • Up to 999 document files can be stored in a mailbox.
• Create a mailbox in advance.
• For details of how to create a mailbox, refer to "Creating Mailboxes" (P.98).
1 Press the <Scan> button.
Note • To display the [Scan] screen, you can also
select [Scan] on the [Menu] screen that is dis-
played by pressing the <Menu> button.
2 Select [Mailbox].
3 Select the mailbox in which to store documents.
Note • Press [ ] to display the previous screen and
press [ ] to display the next screen. Or, enter
the 3-digit mailbox number under [Go to] using
the numeric keypad. Then, the page describing
the relevant mailbox appears.
