îš„ Overwrite Count
If this feature is enabled, the overwrite count can be selected from [Once] and [Three
Times].
Important • If the machine is powered off during an overwrite process, files yet to be overwritten remain
on the hard disk. The remaining files will be overwritten when the machine is powered on
again.
• Though overwriting once is sufficient to expunge data, the possibility of leakage is even
lower when the process is performed three times. Note, however, that it will take longer time.
• During the overwrite, the machine may operate slower than usual.
