User can set system me and date in two ways: manually or through the network using NTP. Regardless of how
the user chooses to set system me and date, the user sll needs to set the system me zone.

Show System Time and Date
Command:
> show system-state clock datetime
Output Example:
system-state clock datetime 2018-04-26T10:23:44
[ok]
6.4.2
Set System Time and Date Manually
Command:
> request set-current-datetime current-datetime <YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS>
Command Example:
> request set-current-datetime current-datetime 2018-04-26T10:23:44
Note: If the NTP is enabled, this operaon fails with message status set-current-datetime is
unavailable when NTP is enabled.
