Gathering Troubleshooting Data
Purpose of this section
Trouble images and system data (logs) can be acquired at the
Ultrasound system or through remote diagnostics (InSite).
These data can be used to perform service at the Ultrasound
system, or can be sent back to the manufacturer for analysis.
Collect Vital System Information
The following information is necessary in order to properly
analyze data or images being reported as a malfunction or being
returned to the manufacturer:
Product Name = Vivid E80/E90/E95
Select Config (F2) > About screen.
• Applications Software
• Application Software revision
• Software medium’s part number
• System Software
• System Software revision
• Software medium’s part number
