4.8.3 Welding Outdoor Unit Pipes

1. Before welding refrigerant pipes, fully exhaust nitrogen from the refrigerant
pipes to avoid explosion and injuries.
2. Before welding pipes, take measures to protect nearby cables and components
from being burnt.
Step 1 Remove pipe plugs using a welding torch.
Step 2 Connect the gas and liquid pipes to the gas and liquid pipes of the indoor unit
respectively.
Step 3 Wrap the outdoor pipes with thermal insulation foam.

4.8.4 (Optional) Welding Pipes for the Low Temperature
Component

Before welding pipes, take measures to protect nearby cables and components
from being burnt.
To install a low temperature component horizontally, you are recommended to
place the low temperature component on one side of the outdoor unit. Figure
