#2749 PCI Ultra Magnetic Media Controller
The #2749 PCI Ultra Magnetic Media Controller is an Ultra SCSI high voltage
differential (HVD) controller for attachment of an external HVD tape device or an
external HVD optical device. When attaching Ultra SCSI to a #2749, the
instantaneous data transfer rate is 40 MB per second, and the sustained rate is
38 MB per second. The #2749 feature is hot pluggable.
The #2749 PCI Ultra Magnetic Media Controller will be withdrawn from marketing
in March 2005.

Note: If a #3995 Optical Library Dataserver is attached to a #2749, the #2749
should not be placed under the same IOP that drives the Load Source direct
