The IBM Web Enablement product is a license only product that delivers
WebSphere Application Server - Express Version 5.0 and Version 5.1 with the
operating system. WebSphere Application Server - Express is made available at
no additional cost to the customer so that an application server can be installed
for other IBM products that might require it.
