6.26 Locking the steering (All EXC models)
Note
Danger of damage The parked vehicle can roll away or fall over.
– Park the vehicle on a firm and level surface.

– Park the vehicle.
– Turn handlebar as far as possible to the right.
– Insert the key into the steering lock, turn it to the left, press it
in, and turn it to the right. Remove the key.
Steering is no longer possible.

Never leave the key in the steering lock.
6.27 Unlocking the steering (All EXC models)

– Insert the key into the steering lock, turn it to the left, pull it
out, and turn it to the right. Remove the key.
The handlebar can now be moved again.
