If
the front-wheel-drive-lever is difficult to set to
off, stop the tractor
, turn the steering wheel, and
move the front-wheel-drive-lever.
Tires will wear quickly if the front-wheel-drive is
engaged on paved roads.
Front wheel drive is effective for the following jobs:
When greater
pulling force is needed, such as
working in a wet field, when pulling a trailer, or
when working with a front-end-loader.
When working in sandy soil.
When working on a hard soil where a rotary tiller
might push the tractor forward.
For increased braking at reduced speed.
6. Seat belt
WARNING
T
o avoid personal injury or death:
Always use the seat belt when any ROPS or
CAB are installed.
Do not use the seat belt if a foldable ROPS is
down or there is no ROPS.
Adjust the seat belt for proper fit and connect the
buckle. This seat belt is auto-locking retractable type.

7. Operator's seat
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or death:
Adjust the operator's seat only while the tractor
is stopped.
Make sure that the operator's seat is completely
secured after each adjustment.
Do not allow any person other than the operator
to ride on the tractor.
Travel adjustment
Pull the travel-adjust-lever and slide the seat
backward or forward, as required. The operator's
seat will lock in position when the travel-adjust-lever
is released.

Suspension adjustment
Turn the suspension-adjust-handle to achieve the
optimum suspension setting.

IMPORTANT :
After adjusting
the operator's seat, be sure to
check to see that the operator's seat is properly
locked.
Position the suspension-adjust-handle at the
horizontal position.
