Job Accounting Port Restrictions
If job accounting is enabled, you can restrict access so that departments can only use one port.

Display the screen.
1 [Home] key > [...] > [System Menu] > [Job Accounting/Authentication]
2 "Job Accounting Setting" [Add/Edit Accounting] > [Add] > "Fax Port Restriction"
[Change]

Configure the settings.
Select "Fax Port Restriction" [Off], [Use Port 1 Only], or [Use Port 2 Only].
For detailed information on restrictions and job accounting, refer to the following:
NOTE
If the user authentication screen appears, enter your login user name and login
password and select [Login].
The factory default login user name and login password are set as shown below.
