9.26.8 Displaying the measured value trend of the oil level and
dehydrating breather (optional)
You can display the temporal progression of the oil level and the measured
values of the dehydrating breather over the last 10days. To do so, proceed
as follows:
Figure199: Measured value trend of the oil level and the dehydrating breather measured values
► Go to Information > Insulating fluids > Historic oil level/dehydrating
breather.
9.27 Dissolved gas analysis (optional)
You can use the optional function "Dissolved gas analysis" (DGA) to monitor
the gas content and the moisture in the transformer oil. Depending on the
device configuration, the device records the measured values from the sen-
sors either as analog signals (4...20 mA) or MR sensor bus. For the configu-
ration of the sensors, refer to sections "Configuring analog inputs and out-
puts" [►Section 9.29, Page 292] and "MR sensor bus" [►Section 9.28,
Page 282].
The values determined and calculated using the function "Dissolved gas
analysis" can exhibit measuring inaccuracies that arise from the measuring
inaccuracies of the sensors. Therefore, refer to the sensor operating instruc-
tions for further information on the measuring accuracy and any necessary
calibration.
Depending on the device configuration, the dissolved gas analysis includes
the following sub-functions:
▪ Display of the absolute values
▪ Display of the rates of increase
▪ Display of the measured value trend
▪ Additional, as an option:
– Duval analysis
