Error Cause Diagnostics and troubleshooting
A0922
No load applied
to VSD
No load applied to the VSD (for this reason,
certain functions can differ from the functions
active under normal load conditions, such as
”Flying start”)
− Check the connections of the motor cable at the VSD
− Are any contacts between VSD and motor open during
operation (service switch or contactors)?
− Check the motor connections
− Check the motor data entered for quick commissioning
− With firmware versions ≤ V1.30 and very fast switching
actions of power supply (e.g. when switching from
standby to mains supply), A0922 alarms can be
triggered, although the motor used is correctly
connected and driven by the VSD. In such cases, the
firmware must be upgraded to V1.41
A0923
Commands “JOG
left“ and “JOG
right“ simul-
taneously active
Both JOG right and JOG left have been requested.
As a result, the output frequency is maintained at
the current value

P----
The SED2 is busy with tasks of higher priority. This can occur when changing important parameters, for
instance, when completing quick commissioning, or when resetting to the default parameters
If this message appears sporadically or constantly, and if the SED2 cannot be correctly started, the internal
power supply may be defective. In that case, the SED2 must be replaced
-----
Appears in the case of faulty hardware, e.g. if one of the 2 internal power supplies (DC 10 V or DC 24 V) is
defective.
Rectification: Measure the DC voltages on the IO board. DC 10 V terminals 1+ and 2-, DC 24 V terminals 9+
and 28-. If one of them is faulty, replace the IO board. Then, measure the voltages again. If still faulty, replace
the SED2
Appears when one of the pins between BOP / AOP and IO board is bent.
Rectification: Carefully bend pin back into the correct position. If this is not possible, check BOP / AOP on
deformation and replace if necessary or exchange the IO board
00010
Appears during restart with firmware version up to V1.30. For firmware version in use, see parameter r0018.
Note that this is not an error message!
buSY
Appears during restart with firmware version V1.40 or higher. For firmware version in use, see parameter
r0018. Note that this is not an error message
r oFF
(at P1210 = 7)
Appears when, during a restart attempt, the ON command is withdrawn
If an error occurs, “r oFF“ might appear on the display for a short moment (although the ON command is
constantly present). In this case, the short display of “r oFF“ is instantly replaced by the static display of
“buSY“, and the restart process is resumed
