Procedure
1. Place the rack unit in the control cabinet or the enclosure.
2. Fasten the rack-mounted device in the control cabinet or enclosure with four screws at its
mounting brackets.
The dimensions for the drill holes are specied in the dimension drawing.
Note
As an option, you can place the rack-mounted device on a guide bracket or oor panel in a rack
or cabinet.

Risk of explosion in hazardous areas where high electrostatic charges develop.
• Prevent intensive electrostatic charging in potentially explosive gas atmospheres.

Open cable inlet or incorrect cable glands

• Close the cable inlets for the electrical connections.
Only use cable glands or plugs which are approved for the associated type of protection.

The device may overheat in case of heat build-up
• Ensure that there is a sucient circulation of air around the device.
• If you are installing more than one wall-mounted device, there should be a clearance of ≥
5 cm (1.96") between the sides of the devices.
