ADJUSTMENT
Note:
Adjust the pedal roller height and pedal stopper bolt height in the same way as for the standard pedal.
(See page 1-28.)
Direction switch adjustment is explained here.
Direction Switch Adjustment Procedure
1. Fully tilt the accelerator pedal pad to either of one side.
It shall not contact to the magnet at the time.
2. Screw in the magnet holder at the tilted side.
3. Where the pad starts moving slightly is the position that the
magnet come to contact with the accelerator pedal pad plate.
Then thread in by a half (1/2) turn from that point.
4. Tighten the lock nut.
Secure the magnet holder so as not to turn.
5. Adjust the other side in the same manner as in 1. to 4.
6. After adjustment, confirm that the switches are actuated before
magnets contact to the pedal pad plate by tilting the pad
slowly.
