At least one item should be selected to be imported into the local directory.
6. Click Import to complete importing the contact list.
To export a contact list via web user interface:
1. Click on Directory->Local Directory.
2. Click Export XML (or Export CSV).
3. Click Save to save the contact list to your local system.
To add a contact to the local directory via phone user interface:
1. Tap .
2. Tap Add.
3. Tap .
4. Enter the name and the office, mobile or other numbers in the corresponding fields.
5. Tap the Account field.
6. Tap the desired account in the pop-up dialog box.
If Auto is selected, the phone will use the default account when placing calls to the contact
from the local directory.
7. Tap the Ring field.
8. Tap the desired ring tone in the pop-up dialog box.
9. Tap the Photo field.
10. Tap the desired photo in the pop-up dialog box.
11. Tap to accept the change.
Live Dialpad
Live dialpad allows IP phones to automatically dial out the entered phone number without
pressing the send key after a designated period of time.
