Headset Prior
Headset prior allows users to use headset preferentially if a headset is physically connected to
the IP phone. This feature is especially useful for permanent or full-time headset users.
Procedure
Headset prior can be configured using the following methods.
Central Provisioning
(Configuration File)
Configure headset prior.
Parameter:
features.headset_prior
Configure headset prior.
Navigate to:

Details of the Configuration Parameter:
Description:
Enables or disables headset prior feature.
You need to press the HEADSET key to activate the headset mode in advance.
