Description:
Configures the way to process Music On Hold when placing an active call on hold for
account X.
0-Calling the Music On Hold server before holding
1-Calling the Music On Hold server after holding

To configure MoH via web user interface:
1. Click on Account->Advanced.
2. Select the desired account from the pull-down list of Account.
3. Enter the SIP URI (e.g., sip:moh@sip.com) in the Music Server URI field.
